Using Versed Learn
By using Versed Learn, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you're under 13, a parent must create your account (see our Children's Privacy page).
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Versed Learn for studying and learning. That's what it's built for.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us immediately at [email protected].
Subscriptions & Pricing
Free Plan
Free forever. Up to 10 flashcard decks, spaced repetition, all accessibility features, and basic analytics. No credit card required.
Premium Monthly
$4.99/month. Unlimited decks, AI generation, advanced analytics, parent dashboard, custom study plans, and priority support. Cancel anytime.
Premium Yearly
$29.99/year (that's $2.50/month). Same features as monthly, 50% savings. Cancel anytime.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store or Google Play. Your premium features stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you keep all your decks — you just can't create new ones beyond the free limit or use AI generation.
Refunds
Refunds are handled through Apple or Google's refund policies. If you have issues, contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
Your Content
When you create flashcards, they're yours. You own the content you create. We don't claim ownership of your flashcard decks or study data.
By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We won't use your flashcards for anything else.
If you use AI deck generation, the generated content is yours to keep and modify. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated cards for accuracy.
Acceptable Use
Use Versed Learn for learning. Don't use it to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Harass, bully, or harm other users
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- Create accounts with false information
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to give notice when possible. Studying offline is always available.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Versed Learn after changes means you accept the updated terms.
